Both are welcome at TNF Clinic. Walk-in patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis during clinic hours. If you prefer a specific time slot or have a planned check-up, booking an appointment in advance is recommended to minimise your waiting time. Our general consultation starts from RM 50. Fees may vary depending on the complexity of your condition, any tests or procedures required, and medication dispensed. We always inform patients of expected costs before proceeding. There are no hidden charges at TNF Clinic.
Yes. We are panel for a number of corporate and insurance providers. Please bring your insurance card or provide your company name when registering. If you are unsure whether we are on your panel, feel free to call us in advance. We also accept SOCSO (PERKESO) and MySalam claims where applicable.
A medical certificate will be issued by the doctor upon consultation if you are certified medically unfit for work. MCs are based on clinical assessment and cannot be issued retrospectively or over the phone. Please visit the clinic in person if you require an MC. We can also provide specialist referral letters, sick child letters for school, and medical reports upon request.
For your first visit, please bring your MyKad or passport (for non-Malaysian citizens), any existing medical records or medication lists if relevant, your insurance or corporate card if you are claiming, and any referral letters from a previous doctor. This helps our doctors provide the best possible care from your very first appointment.
We strive to keep waiting times short. Walk-in patients typically wait 15–30 minutes depending on clinic traffic. Patients with booked appointments are generally seen within 10–15 minutes of their scheduled time. We recommend booking appointments during peak hours (evenings and weekends) to avoid longer waits.
Yes. Our chronic disease management programme caters to patients with diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma, and other long-term conditions. We provide structured follow-up appointments, medication reviews, lifestyle counselling, and monitoring of key health indicators. We work closely with specialists when referrals are necessary.
We offer a full range of vaccinations for both children and adults, including influenza (flu jab), pneumococcal, hepatitis A and B, typhoid, HPV (Gardasil), MMR, chickenpox (varicella), meningococcal, and travel vaccines. All vaccines are MOH-approved and stored under proper cold-chain conditions. Prices start from RM 80 depending on the vaccine type.
